The tags component does not work on Android

When pressing "enter" on an Android keyboard, the focus is moved to the next input instead of adding a tag.

Might be trusted with this issue which haven't been fixed for months i-like-robots/react-tags#94

Might require moving to a different library.

Edit: 2018-08-12: Migrated to react-tagsinput, since the demo page was working on android, but sadly, once implemented, it has the same problem. It's a known issue: olahol/react-tagsinput#149
