B2B Components Approval message threshold in cart is not updated correctly when total amount changed

Current behavior:

The approval notice at the top (when an approval threshold is reached) is displayed correctly.

If you fall below the approval threshold with a change, the approval notice is still displayed. Only with the second change (if still below the approval threshold) does the approval notice disappear.

Approval rule used refers to total amount >= 100€.

Expected behavior:

If the total sum fall below the approval threshold with a change, the approval should be hidden directly, as the employee can then order.
