Add rpm & deb package for direct install

Use Package Cloud (http://www.packagecloudstatus.io/). I already asked permission (see personal email) all that's needed is to sign-up, add packagecloud sponsorship in readme and in http://ismael.casimpan.com/shcf and inform them so my account will be switched to opensource.
