Message that ktlint couldn't fix some files

When ktlint cannot fix the format of some kotlin files, the output it produces is the same as without the format flag. A recommendation is to output a message indicating that some files could not be formatted.
It was confusing for me to understand in the beginning - I thought the flag was not being passed in at all.

I'll keep this ticket open if you don't mind, @xbhatnag. Current situation can definitely be improved.
