Can't delete expired MMS notifications in conversation

in TextSecure v1 i could delete expired notifications about MMS messages from the conversation that i never bothered to actually download, while with v2 this seems not to be possible anymore.

What happens if you try?

i try to long press as with other MMS messages to get a window with 4 different options (one of them being "delete message") but nothing happens - the window does not show.

I can confirm this problem.
You can press the message as long as you want with nothing happening.
(nether the option menu nor the coloring of the message)

Yes. I'm running 2.6.4, and I still can't select the mms messages. Long press does nothing.
