Proxy by Ethernet not working? Clarify in docs

Bug description & Steps to reproduce:

In Signal 7.18 app at:
Settings —> Privacy —> Advanced —> Proxy
At above it says:
”Only use a proxy if you’re not able to connect to Signal on mobile data or Wi-Fi”.

Expected result: I expect Proxy to work on Ethernet as well, if it is not it should have been noted in the apps text above and especially mentioned in the ”Learn More”-link (https://support.signal.org/hc/en-us/articles/360056052052-Proxy-Support) that sits beside the said text above.
If Ethernet is not working then I consider that a bug, otherwise I consider this more of a typo type of situation where some clarifications in the documentation is needed.
