If you try to use sqlite the needed folder /db seems not to be automaticlly created.
We should add the folder to the node setup

@ohager, with the upcoming new node release 3.8.4, can you add this /db folder to the node setup, please?
A new user with an SQLite setup would run into an error otherwise - thx
