The ISS sends a battery flag, but of course it isn't documented what these values represent.
You can see the value in the "ISS Status" and "Moisture Status" sensors under the "battery" attribute.
This issue serves to collect these values to help understand how to decode the value.
Even though it is running off a 5V mains adapter, I took the battery out of my station 3 (Temp/Hum, in cellar). I know from past experience these sensors still complain about a low (or absent in this case) battery even though they have power!
Under txid:3 it now reads "trans_battery_flag":1 (changed from :0)
In the old WeatherLink 6.0.3 Windows software, I confirm the "Alarm and Battery Status" report also reads "Low Battery" on station 3 - until I put it back in.
