Here is one I didn't know about XML:

We should figure out how to make our XML handling more spec compliant on this front.
Review Paragraph indentation is lost after commands #105 to see if it has any connection.
Review in relation to Formal specification of SILE grammar documentation #1435, this is something that we don't have clear parity for in our SIL inputter.
