Teams integration

What would you like to be added:
Support notifications in Microsoft Teams.

Why is this needed:
We don't use Slack :)

I'm not using it yet, I just installed it for the first time 2 hours ago and am evaluating if it would be a useful tool for us. I'll leave it running in our cluster for now, and see if it is useful for us. It looks promising so far :).

should be a simple addition and indeed a great first feature for anyone looking to start contributing
