Redundant application detected notifications

I keep getting application detected notifications for apps from which I don't wan't to scrobble. I swipe these away but it's annoying that the app keeps filling the notification area with these notifications.

Android 9 and app version 1.7.

I'm getting these as well with version 1.7.0 on Android 11--every single time I watch a video in Firefox, I get the notification prompting me to enable scrobbling. It gets old real fast.
