Notes table infinitely replicating

as of February 22nd, Our integration changed behavior. our extractions went from taking a few minutes to not completing - a single extraction then ran for 30+ days. On investigation it was pulling literally over a million copies of the same records from notes, with no apparent changes in the source system. As a mitigation I turned off the notes table from the sync, and the extraction was able to complete and has continued to run fine, isolating again the issue to the notes table.
