The admins.txt file is created, but after specifying the ID the commands are not sent to the chat.

Can you describe the issue a bit more in detail? Do you mean the commands are not working after you added the Steam ID to the admins file? Did you use the 64-bit ID or steamID64? Did you restart the server after adding the ID and saving the txt file?

Yup.

SteamID64 like "7656***********81" this
