In 2019 and in front of the overload of calls on the number 190 to make PCR for citizens who have symptoms of covid-19, I proposed a website that allows to demine this problem by filling a form and answering questions then based on its answers the Civil Protection will decide to intervene or not. This epidemic has also caused a financial shortage in our country so this site contains a form for donations.
