Allow Notes as Separate Entry

This would be an enhancement request.
I would like to see the ability to create a note as a separate entry in LinkDing. The note would have it's own URL specific to the LinkDing installation.
The way I use this (currently in Shaarli) is I create a note on a topic (example: Motorcycles) and in the note text field, I use markdown to add descriptions and URLs to sites related to that note. The note would also have tags and be searchable.

This feature is the only obstacle that is keeping me from migrating away from Shaarli to Linkding as I have many notes and links in Shaarli. I think LinkDing is a better product as it is updated more frequently and it has more features.
