Can you please describe the problem to be solved?

The project is deployed on an IIT-M server (https://ke.iitm.ac.in/kidney-exchange/). Therefore, we don't have permission to update it. Also, the currently deployed version is very old. There has been a number of changes made in terms of aesthetics and bug fixes that are not incorporated.

Can you give some suggestions?

IIRC, the heroku platform is free for deploying apps so, this is one solution. If you have other solutions in mind, feel free to discuss them. There are a ton of resources out there which has step by step guide for deploying a PHP and MySQL app on Heroku.
