Can't have tags with certain special characters #9

Tags like @assignee:john are not allowed. It fails with

Expected "#", "(", "//", "@", "Scenario Outline:", "Scenario:" or [a-zA-Z0-9_-] but ":" found.

: and . are valid characters for use in gherkin tags https://github.com/cucumber/cucumber/wiki/Tags
