Description
Currently we use go-msi to make Windows Installer, but it's really old and limited for something like

multiple file and folder
desktop shortcut
customize installer with logo and digitalsign
poor functionality in uninstalling/reinstalling/update

Should be good if we use WiX Toolset directly instead go-msi tools.
