Feature description

Goreleaser allows us to auto-generate changelogs for the releases we create from various auto-generators. I would like to have a changelog generated for the release from the CHANGELOG.md file with whatever tool is available and suitable. It should be passed to goreleaser as explained here

The current changelogs for the releases are impossible to read and fairly useless.
