Future Branch

This is a win32 build of the "future"-branch.

How to:

• Extract to Includes/SimbaExt_beta in your simba-folder.

Notable addition:
TSlackTree is a basic spatial tree structure (for 2D problems) that can allow you to solve some problems simpler, and possibly with better (worst case) performance.

More features for TSlackTree will probably be added later on. It currently only consists of the basics.
