Vacsina projektov ktorym predtym vychadzalo nespravne cerpanie sa tym padom vycistila, ale vdaka 5 projektom na ktorych mi to cerpanie stale nesedelo, som nasla tentokrat 7 subjektov ktore su v tabulke subjekty ulozene duplicitne (s roznymi ekosystemovymi id). To mi nasledne robi neporiadok vo vysledkoch ked selectujem ocakavajuc ze kazdy subjekt bude mat prave jedno ekosystemove id…

Opravene v #23.

Na itms_id je teraz unique kluc. Pre rovnake ITMS ID by sa teda toto viac nemalo stavat. Ak su data duplikovane v ITMS, treba to riesit tam.
