Error when using cmake to build files

Hi,
I follow this instruction to build SimMobility.

cd simmobility/dev/Basic
mkdir Debug
cd Debug
cmake ..

But after running cmake .., i face this error:

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:158 (IF):
if given arguments:

"MATCHES" "ON" "OR" "MATCHES" "ON"

Unknown arguments specified
-- Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!

Do you know the reason and how to fix it? Thank you in advance!
