  • Step 1. Set up a Docker container that includes all dependent software: public on docker hub here
    • MRtrix
    • miniconda + dipy + fury
    • datalad
    • Freesurfer - added but seems not working
    • acpcdetect: added into github repo but not copied to Docker file yet
  • Step 2. Set up circle ci config.yml
    • writing the jobs and workflow: very basic one is there but not tested yet
    • link circle ci and github
