txzmq support for ZMQ 4.x #61

Does txZMQ support ZMQ 4.x?

txZMQ itself depends on pyzmq, so it should support whatever pyzmq supports. AFAIK ZMQ 4.x has some changes that would need changes in txZMQ itself.

I'm not going to work on that, as I'm not using txZMQ in any projects
