Spawning/rearing thresholds are already included in parameters https://github.com/smnorris/bcfishpass/blob/main/parameters/example_newgraph/parameters_habitat_thresholds.csv#L6.
IIRC what needs to be done is:

add access model query
add habitat model query
determine needs for summarizing and add/modify stream/crossing/summary queries as required
