Build Failure Due to Package Location Errors

During the build process, multiple errors are encountered related to package location. The log indicates issues with locating several packages from their respective GitHub release URLs. The URLS within the packages file download a deb file for me, so I'm not sure what the issue is. Anyone insight?

I'm running into this same issue.
