Plugin doesn't work on Cart page for Flatsome theme

Hi,

I've been trying to use this plugin and it only works on the checkout page. When trying to use on the cart page it doesn't recognise the gift card.

This happens when using the Flatsome theme, I've disabled all plugins which didn't fix it. So it's definitely an issue with Flatsome as it works fine with Storefront.

I've contacted Flatsome who refuse to look into this as they 'won't fix their theme to work with every plugin.' They told us to contact the developer of the plugin.

I know the standard solution would normally be 'use another theme' but we have spent a lot of time with Flatsome and we really like what we have created.

Any help would be really appreciated if possible. Thank you 🙏
