Celestica Seastone DX010-C32: show platform summary does not show the serial or model number

Description

the command show platform summary fails to read the serial or model number.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Install Sonic 202111 or 202205
2. log in as admin
3. issue command show platform summary

Issues 11316, 11318, 11319, 11321 are similar, all caused by kernel upgrade from 4.19 to 5.10. Changes in kernel driver and sys fs cause these issues.
This issue has been fixed by PR12200, already been merged into master and 202205 branch. Due to confliction when cherry-pick back to 202111, I will raise a new PR to backport the fix into 202111 branch.
