Ideas: If possible, add other routing file such as "error.svelte, page.server.svelte"

I know that Sveltekit already has their own description about "Routing", but for some people still find it quite difficult to digest. If this repo can add more Routing files such as "layout.server.js, page.server.js" etc. It can become a big help for people to understand what is the correlation between each file, how to expand the flexibility for each file and maybe understand why Sveltekit did this approach.

Ps: I think short comment for describing how the framework run would be great. 😊
