어떤 버그인지 작성해주세요.

랭킹 리스트 부분에서 쭉 내리면 중간에 올라갔다 내려갔다? 하는 듯해 보입니다

버그가 발생한 과정을 설명해주세요
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
(이걸 뭐라고 설명해야 할지 모르겠어서 영상 첨부 -> 영상은 그냥 쭉 내리기만 하는 상황입니다)
