Pieces of browser colour showing in fullscreen #115
Comments
Im aware of the full screen border, your expected behavior is a valid point. I'll remove it in the next release. |
The next version-update won't be for probably another three days, but the task is done ~ on the next-release branch. 2024-07-22.00-01-40.mp4Feel free to download that branch's source, if you don't want to wait. Change log. |
what version of firefox is it and is it even there? I use Firefox Developer Edition, and can you also tell me what the difference is and what is better? |
@waxion48 idk if you posted here by accident (4 month old post) but If you're on Developer Edition, you can scroll down to the end of the the release page and download the This is only temporary until Default Firefox can catch up to the major changes between Firefox 131-133. Then every version above 133 will be on the same theme. And be sure to read the release page. |
soulhotel, yes, I understand that it is 4 months old, it’s just that after problems with vertical tabs started, there were problems there and not only with them, while I was solving the problem, I installed different versions of firefox like Nightly and so on, thanks for answering |
Describe the bug
Full-screening videos (such as YouTube/Netflix) shows a small bar at the top and rounded corners at the edge instead of being truly "Fullscreen". Note that this is fixed by turning "ultima.xstyle.squared" to TRUE but I was wondering if it was possible to fix this while still using the rounded theme. Another note: I am using the catppuccin-mocha theme here but the same behaviour happens with the default theme.
Expected behavior
I expect fullscreen to only show the video I am watching with no parts of the browser showing.

NOTE: the imgur border can make it a bit difficult to see so if it opens in album mode I would recommend doing right click -> copy image link -> and view it that way so the URL has .png at the end. Zooming in on the top and corners should make it easy to see.
Let me know if you need anything else. Not too experienced with this stuff so hopefully I did everything ok
