Sidebar not opening nightly 135

Describe the issue:

If I hover my mouse over the sidebar, it does not open, if I press the sidebar button and then hover my mouse over, it looks like it starts to open the sidebar but the animation gets canceled, I cannot close tabs without ctrl + w because I can't see the non collapsed forms.

Expected behavior:

I expected the sidebar to open like usual, but the new nightly update seems to have broken it

Platform/Desktop:

• OS: Windows 11
• Browser Version: Nightly 135
