Display not showing sprites

We are seeing the screen as grey but not the sprites, can hear the sound.

Mac OS X 10.14.3
tried both python3 and python2 in pipenv
installed pygame module using pipenv
ran flappy.py line by line trough ipython
same result

I use pygame version 2.0.0.dev6 that is worked for me.

To fix this i used this command

pip3 install pygame=2.0.0.dev4
instead of
pip3 install pygame

Macos isnt official supported in the main branch of pygame, thats why you need to use the development branch of releases on pip.

.dev6 is a early version from .dev4, .dev4 is a more supported version of development branch.
