Description - What happened? *

When the user navigates from the User Details page to the Organisation Profile, all field borders by default are displayed in red.
Launch the authority portal>click on Register Organization>Click on Organization Profile in pagination>
Actual it shows red borders on all fields and only on Industry field it displays message that "Field is required".
