Add Attribute "responsible for the offer"

Background

Problem statement

Currently the data space offers are nor personalized. If the consumer has some questions concerning the offer, the possibility to contact the provider is not available. In the contract offer on request a contact person is already defined.

Customer perspective

As consumer I can have questions both about offers on request and about connector offers. I should not have two different approaches for the similar request.

Business value

This feature allows the consumer to get information he needed and make a decision process much better and efficient.

Proposed solution

Description of the feature

The additional attribut "responsible for the offer" shall be defined and added to the API and UI.

Dependencies

Update of the Broker (Extension of the contact feature from Data on request feature ) is needed.

Text field.

Challenges

If the new attribut is mandatory waht shall be done with already existing offers.

User stories

As Provider I want to define the person who is responsible for the offer, which can be contacted in case the consumer has questions concerning the offer.

Outlook

This contact can be established only from the consumer to the provider. In case the provider needs to contact the consumer s. the Look-Up feature.
