Make saving/loading consistent across all instrument types

Sequencer uses one upper circle button while keyboard and direct use save/load hexes, should change all to uses upper circles buttons as save and load buttons. Will make things more consistent, give extra slots for default hexmaps, and avoid the issue of overwriting sequences when trying to save.
