I am based in Brisbane Australia, and have been working as a performance tester for 15 years, predominately with Loadrunner, but I have also use JMeter and The Grinder, as well as a variety of automation tools for functional/regression testing.

I have a few projects available publicly here on github that are test tools designed to fill various gaps in either the open source test tool market or just the test tool market in general.

• rfswarm - Is a performance testing tool that allows you to use the same scripts for regression testing and performance testing, this is a feature that I believe is unique to rfswarm.
• TestDataTable - Is a tool that makes passing dynamic test data between scripts and even test tools quick and easy. While a commercial equivalent (VTS) exists its use is limited to those that are licensed for Loadrunner, TestDataTable being open source can be used with any test tool, both open source and commercial.
• TrawlerCapture - Is a screen shot tool to make exploratory testing and application documentation easier, it has a few features that I believe are unique
  • The only screen shot tool that allows you to write comments and associate these comments with the screen shot.
  • The only screen shot tool that can generate a html file embedding the screenshots and comments in the html.
  • The only screen shot tool that can generate a word document embedding the screenshots and comments in the word document.
