Hi, Josh here. I've been working in tech professionally since the early 1990s. My specialties include web server technology and networks. My background is primarily in ISP/web ops/engineering and router software/hardware. And I have a deep interest in privacy, flexibility, and security.

I enjoy connecting and collaborating across repositories, projects, and issues to solve problems and elevate software quality.

I'm currently focused on the @nextcloud ecosystem, but I have no professional or paid affiliation with the project (at press time).

I recently moved across the United States from my home state of California to Virginia. I'm a fan of great coffee ☕, good food 🌯, good beer 🍺, exploring new places, and revisiting old favorites. I also enjoy watching good ⚽ and getting out on my (e-)bike🚴 when weather - and time and energy - permit.
