I started my open source journey around October 2018 and built goodfirstissue bot as I was looking for issues to contibute as a beginner myself.
after that i have implemented a few tools which are used by people around the world.
- a few kubectl plugins
- bot for translating twitter threads
- bot to automate releases of kubectl plugins
These days I am learning rust and wasm and looking forward to tools/contributions I can make to that ecosystem.
Running these bots cost me time as well as infrastructure cost. Using these sponsorship funds, I can continue to actively maintain these bots and further improve the functionality.
