Hi my name is Melissa. I am currently living in Seattle (I'm currently in a transitional living program). I decided to do work in various open-source projects to help look for work in the industry, to meet and get to know other developers, and contribute to cool projects that I like and use myself.

I'm currently working on game development and VR related stuff mostly, (with some web development and various tools as needed thrown in).

• [ ] Why is their sponsorship important? How will you use the funds?

I will only use funds for basic living expenses (to continue to exist and subsist), needed software (i.e. JetBrains), sponsorships, or possibly courses to help me learn more about code (where needed). I am just really struggling to keep the lights on here.
