Hi!

My name is Timothy,

You may know me as the creator of isort, hug, portray, or one of the other many projects I have created or maintained over the years. Since I was eight years old, I've been passionate about developing software. Open Source is what has enabled me to turn that passion into a career. Ever since, I've been doing my best to help the next generation of developers be even more successful. I do this by building tools that accelerate development and leading groups that onboard new developers into the Open Source community.

If you are interested to learn more about how I got into OpenSource development and why I dedicate so much time to it - there's a complete version of how I got into development on my blog here.
