I am a programmer and traffic engineer from New York. I develop engineering software for Intelligent Transport Systems, including traffic signal optimization, emergency evacuation planning and real time adaptive control systems. I use Delphi, C++, FORTRAN, and .NET/C#/F#.

I am working on a C++ framework for virtualization of traffic control cabinet in adherence with NEMA-TS and ATC Standards using the latest C++ 20 features (Concepts, Span, Ranges and Views etc).
