Become a sponsor to Kirk Haines
I've been involved with open source for more than a quarter century. At the current time a lot of my open source work involves Crystal language projects, though where this work goes in the future is anyone's guess.
I've never explored sponsorship before, because part of the joy of coding comes from the creative act itself, but there are things that I have built that others have used and benefited from, and so after a lot of consideration, I am here saying that if you are someone who has used, learned from, or benefited from my work, I'd tremendously appreciate your sponsorship.
Those sponsorships go directly towards helping me to allocate my time to development of both new libraries and features (metrics and log support for Crystal OpenTelemetry, anyone?) as well as maintenance of older libraries.
If there is a sponsorship option that you want, that you don't see here, please contact me (wyhaines@gmail.com) and let me know what would work for you.
Thank you, and as always, if you have any questions about anything at all, feel free to contact me.
