After copy- pasting this code there is error with ProtoOAApplicationAuthReq() which is not defined.

I had the same problem, found a solution tho.
Add this line to your imports:

from ctrader_open_api.messages.OpenApiCommonMessages_pb2 import ProtoOAApplicationAuthReq
