With thanks to @bsideup, we can reduce the time that Cassandra containers take to start in our tests by tuning its configuration. We'll hopefully be able to revert this in the future once the changes are available in a Testcontainers release. Doing it now will hopefully stabilise our build while also providing some useful feedback on the changes.
