Drop down representation on the side bar menu

As you can see I have implemented a drop-down structure.

But as a user when I look at the page, I am not sure if this particular topic has got a drop-down or not.

So I am required to click randomly on all the topics to see if it has got sub-topics.

I see from material for mkdocs website (setting up navigation page) that u have the > symbol next to the topic which has subtopics. But it's not visible to me right now.

Should an option be enabled for this to appear or is this feature not available currently?
