Is it possible to scan for cameras using onvif-tools CLI and set network interface to scan?
Because when I have many network interfcases I can find only cameras from first network interface.

The onvif-util version that installs from the debian repository will only find the first interface. If you are able to compile from source, the latest version should get all interfaces. The debian package is no longer receiving updates.
