Currently every page is marked as TODO, these should all be filled in with relevant information.

Instead of using a github wiki which cannot be migrated easily, instead we should use a service like mkdocs, which will allow a static HTML site to be generated from markdown files, which can be stored (and versioned) in the main repo.
