We should update the KCH implementation here to use j5 discovery.

Things to bear in mind:

  • It would be very useful to print the serial number of the KCH like we do with other boards
  • We currently don't nicely handle where there isn't RPi.GPIO
  • We currently don't distinguish between different types of HATs, or lack thereof. R.kch should be mocked or None if there is not a KCH.
  • Whilst we are considering the future of j5, it's probably a good idea to line things up anyway.
