• State Page
  • Toggle between Raw / Calibrated value display #209
  • Marking which controllers are active on which vials #208
  • Coloring the border of the vial and showing a key on sidebar (should clarify what the coloring would represent) #232
• Hardware page
  • Is this where current experiments will be displayed? Or is it only showing history server output? [AWM: Experiments are controllers and would be on controller page (or equivalent)]
• Experiment page? [AWM: may be the controllers page]
  • Organized graphs by experiment
  • Proposal: add event markers to history #109
  • Easy zooming / scaling of graphs
  • Display of current parameters for this experiment such as flow rate for chemostat and OD upper and lower bounds for turbidostat

Experiments Page

• Change naming of controllers page to "Experiments" as this is more clear to users
• A single experiment can have several different controllers in it
• Should be able to see the experiments previously run on the eVOLVER, click on them and view their data in graphs
• View experiment log file button - separate from Proposal: add event markers to history #109
• Open experiment folder button - will experiment data will be downloaded automatically to the computer?

List of Controllers in "Experiments" Page

• Controllers for the experiment are listed when you click on an experiment, along with the vials they are assigned to
• Clicking on a controller opens up VScode or your editor of choice to edit controller

Experiment Config Parameter Editor in "Experiments" Page

• Display of current parameters for this experiment - ie initial stir speed, flow rate for chemostat, and OD upper and lower bounds for turbidostat
• Select group of vials and edit the parameter for all of them (ie setting flow rate to 1 V/h in vials 0, 1, 5, 11)
• Changing parameters during an experiment should be logged
• Parameter history should be graph-able

Graphing in "Experiments" Page

• Select group of vials to display (ie vials 0, 1, 5, 11)
• Proposal: add event markers to history #109
• Time can be toggled between local time and time since start of experiment
• Easy zooming / scaling of graphs - one option: Draw a box over area you want to zoom to
• (Nice to have) Export of data in graph view to csv
• (Nice to have) Export button for graph - to pdf or png
• (Nice to have) Graphs toggle between line and scatter plots
• (Nice to have) Can copy graph as a png or download data from this view
• (Nice to have) Display two parameters on one graph - One on left y-axis, one on right

• Sending Commands Interface - Select group of vials, choose value to edit, edit value, send command - similar to current eVOLVER GUI (see below from old GUI)

Current Configuration Page

• Should be hidden from the average user - unless I'm wrong, basic users should not need to change these manually (see "Experiment Config Parameter Editor" above)
• Instead, basic users are setting the configuration from the 'Experiments' page
